Questions

How do you know when a contract ends?

From the award notice: the stated end date, or the start date plus the stated duration. Where neither is published the contract is left out. A renewal option can delay the follow-up call, so the window is an estimate.

Which countries are covered?

Every country that publishes on EU TED (the EU, EEA and candidate countries) since October 2023, plus the UK through Find a Tender and Contracts Finder.

How often do the emails come?

Paid tiers get a daily email per saved search, sent each morning only when something is new: notices published since the last email and contracts that newly enter the 18-month ending window. The free tier gets a daily email for 1 search (your first saved search) and the weekly email, on the weekday you chose, for the others. Every saved search also gets a first email within minutes of saving it, covering the last 7 days. Each email has a one-click unsubscribe.

Can I follow a company or a buyer?

Yes. The follow button on a winner or buyer page sends you a daily email, only on a day with news: for a company its new awards and its contracts that now end within 6 months (a re-tender chance); for a buyer its new open calls, new awards and contracts ending. You follow 1 company or buyer on Free, 5 on One country, 25 on EU + UK and 100 on Team + API. Only organisations named in published notices can be followed.

Do you show the buyer's contact people?

No. Rows name organisations only: the buyer, the current holder and its website when the notice states one. No contact persons are stored.
