Supplier WatchFinance & procurement
Know when a supplier is in trouble, before the invoice is.
A supplier goes insolvent, is struck off or loses its VAT number, and you find out when the payment bounces. Upload your list once; each week one email lists only the suppliers that changed, the most serious first, each with the official source.
For: Accounts payable, finance controllers and procurement managers at companies that buy or sell across Europe.
Example, not a customer. Built on 2026-10-25 from real public company data for the week 2026-10-18 to 2026-10-25. None is a customer.
Subject: Supplier risk: 9 of 12 suppliers changed, 4 critical

What you get
- A match report for your list: matched, ambiguous, not found, withheld
- A weekly risk digest (daily on Pro and above), ranked by severity
- Dissolution, insolvency, liquidation and strike-off from national registers
- Invalid VAT numbers (EU VIES) and unreliable VAT payer lists (CZ, SK)
- Overdue UK accounts, public contracts won, hiring freezes
- The same list by API and webhooks
What goes in the digest
A supplier that changed shows up once, with its findings in that order. A quiet week says so in one line. What we cannot see: a lost contract (we see awards, not terminations), and VAT status of countries whose authority publishes no list. The digest is a signal to check, not a credit rating.
Upload a list, see what matched
Send a CSV with one supplier per row: a website domain, a vat number with its country prefix, a registry id with its country, or a registered name with its country. Download the template. The answer is a match report: every row is matched, ambiguous (more than one company fits, so add a VAT number), not found, or withheld. Sole traders and natural persons are always withheld and never stored: the product follows companies only.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
National company registers (Norway, Finland, France, Czechia, the UK), the official Czech and Slovak VAT lists, the EU VIES VAT service, EU TED and UK Find a Tender award notices, and the suppliers’ own career pages. Every finding links to its source.
Is this a credit rating or a KYB check?
No. It is a change alert: it tells you something changed and where to verify it. It does not score creditworthiness, name owners or directors, or replace your own checks.
What about sole traders?
They are withheld at upload and never stored, because a sole trader’s registration is personal data. The match report counts them so you know how many rows were left out.
How are suppliers matched?
By website domain, VAT number or registry id against the company id table and the registers we hold. A row that fits more than one company is reported as ambiguous instead of guessed.
How do I stop it?
Every digest has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can remove a supplier or the whole list at any time.
