“Usually within one business day” is what we aim for, not a service-level agreement. Business days are Monday to Friday, Central European time. Contracted response times exist only where an agreement says so.
Status of the data sources
Data quality shows how fresh and how complete each source is and what we measured against the originals. Service status shows whether the API and the MCP server are up.

Is the data correct?
Every figure comes from a published notice or register. The methodology page explains how end dates, winners and values are derived; the quality page shows what we measured against the originals.
Where does the data come from?
Public registers and official notice platforms only: no login, no paywall, no personal data. Each dataset page names its source and licence.
What do you store about me?
Your work email, your company domain and usage counts. You can download or delete everything on the account page.
How do invoices, plans and cancellation work?
Plan prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are changed, invoiced and cancelled in the billing portal that opens from your account page; write to us if an invoice needs a change.
Ondersteuning in het Nederlands
U kunt ons in het Nederlands schrijven via [email protected]. Wij antwoorden doorgaans binnen één werkdag. Dat is een streven en geen servicelevelovereenkomst; werkdagen zijn maandag tot en met vrijdag, Midden-Europese tijd.
- Juistheid van de gegevens: zie de methodiek en de datakwaliteit, met de gemeten nauwkeurigheid per bron.
- Bronnen: uitsluitend openbare registers en officiële aanbestedingsplatforms, zonder inlog en zonder persoonsgegevens (bronnen).
- Privacy: wij bewaren uw zakelijke e-mailadres, uw bedrijfsdomein en gebruikstellingen. Op de accountpagina kunt u alles downloaden of verwijderen (privacyverklaring).
- Facturatie: prijzen staan op de prijzenpagina; abonnementen wijzigt, factureert en beëindigt u in het factuurportaal via uw accountpagina.
- Status van de databronnen: datakwaliteit en servicestatus.
