How the data is collected

  • A daily job reads the new notices of each service through its documented API or export and keeps the official notice id and link.
  • Fields are mapped to one schema: notice kind, CPV codes normalised to eight digits, buyer and winner organisations, NUTS regions.
  • Values are kept as published; EUR uses a fixed monthly table of ECB reference rates, so a rebuilt file gives the same numbers.
  • Contract end dates (for expiring contracts) come from the contract period stated in the award notice; frameworks are flagged and their ceiling is not treated as spend.

Legal basis and collection rules

  • Official open data published for reuse, used under the licence of each service. The attribution lines travel with every file.
  • No website scraping for this dataset: only the publishers’ own open-data interfaces.

Personal data

  • Contact persons, emails and phone numbers of buyers are not read from the source.
  • A winner that could be a private person (for example a sole trader under their own name) is withheld and counted in winners_withheld.
  • Titles go through a filter that removes emails and phone numbers.

Details: privacy policy.

Quality and limits

  • Each row links to the official notice page, so any value can be checked at the source.
  • Values are kept in the published currency next to the EUR figure, so every conversion can be checked.
  • Below-threshold notices exist only for the national boards we read (FR, DE, PL, BG).
  • Award values are missing where the buyer did not publish them; expected re-tender windows are estimates.

How to get it

Removal requests

If you run a source we read, or a record is about you or your business, write to [email protected] with the source or the record (a domain or a URL is enough). We stop collecting it and remove it from the files, the API, the MCP tools and the data pages within 24 hours, and reply once it is done.
