Early access notice
What we keep when you join the early access list, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated
This notice is in force. It covers only the early access list and stands on its own; the rest of our privacy notice is still a draft.
Who keeps it. The company named in our legal notice, the business behind Arcadium Data.
What we keep. Your email address and the sites and fields you need. If you give them, your company and what you will use the data for. We also keep the version of this notice you saw, the time you signed up, whether the confirmation email went out and, if your link carried them, campaign tags such as utm_source.
Why. To send you one confirmation email, then your invitation when the API opens, and to decide which sites to build next. We use it for nothing else and send no marketing. The legal basis is your consent.
Who helps us. Our database runs on servers at Hetzner in Germany. The confirmation email goes out through Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is sent by a person.
How long. Until 12 months after the API opens, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
How to delete it. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, or reply to our confirmation email. We delete the entry and confirm within one month. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, and you can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
