About

Who runs Arcadium Data, what we build, and the rules we keep while collecting public data.

Last updated

Arcadium Data is a small team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We build and maintain scrapers for sites that are hard to collect from, and sell what they return through one API, priced per 1,000 rows.

What we build

  • Scrapers for reviews from software, hotel, travel and employer sites, product data from 1688, AliExpress and Etsy, and YouTube. The scrapers page lists each one with its price.
  • A REST API and an MCP server that take the same key, so you can call a scraper from your own code or let an AI agent call it. Both open at launch; early access gets you a key first.
  • One row format per family. Every review scraper returns the same columns, so reviews from different sites fit in one table.

Why we do it

Some sites are hard to collect from. Their pages change without notice, and one hotel's reviews or one supplier's prices can be spread over many pages. A scraper that works this month can return half its rows next month, and someone has to notice and fix it.

We do that for a fixed set of sites, so you and your agents can use the data without maintaining scrapers. You pay only for rows we deliver.

Rules we keep

  • We read only pages anyone can open without an account. We do not log in to the sites we read, create accounts on them or solve captchas.
  • We never collect reviewer names, profile links, emails or phone numbers. Names inside review and reply text are replaced with [name].
  • Our scrapers space out their requests so they add little load to the sites they read.
  • If a site's owner asks us to stop, we stop collecting from that site within 24 hours. See takedown requests.
  • Each scraper is checked against its live site on a schedule. The results will be published on the status page before the API opens, and data quality explains what each check looks at.
