What we observe in job ads
Of 3,751 open job ads that 473 employers hiring in Romania publish on their own career sites, 107 (3%) state a salary or pay range; 46 employers (10%) state pay on at least one ad.
Sample caveat: ads on employers' own career sites (the applicant tracking systems we read daily), staffing agencies left out; job boards and agency ads are not in it, so this is not a national rate. Pay counts when the ad states a minimum or maximum in a field the job board publishes; pay written only in the ad text is not counted. Shares move as we add employers.
