What we observe in job ads
Of 2,805 open job ads that 377 employers hiring in Hungary publish on their own career sites, 134 (5%) state a salary or pay range; 42 employers (11%) state pay on at least one ad.
Sample caveat: ads on employers' own career sites (the applicant tracking systems we read daily), staffing agencies left out; job boards and agency ads are not in it, so this is not a national rate. Pay counts when the ad states a minimum or maximum in a field the job board publishes; pay written only in the ad text is not counted. Shares move as we add employers.
